The Opportunity
As Senior Technical Program Manager of OEM Enablement, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our OEM partner operations and driving successful integrations. You will identify and engage key system integrator partners, secure design-in wins, and facilitate the seamless adoption of NextSilicon's solutions. This is a leadership position requiring a proven track record in hardware partner enablement, program/project management, and strategic negotiations. This is a high-impact opportunity with significant growth potential.
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Remote within the U.S. considered for highly qualified candidates)
Requirements
- 5 -10 years of experience with enabling hardware integration partnerships for silicon solutions from either the silicon or the platform side
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
- Deep understanding of server hardware and firmware technologies as well as the sales ecosystem for HPC servers
- Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all stages of the enablement process, from achieving design-in wins with integration partners, overseeing the integration and qualification activities with the cooperation of the engineering team and negotiating all aspects of the project for NextSilicon’s benefit through final product launch.
- Establish and build effective relationships with HPC/AI system integrators to gain design-in wins in partnership with business development
- Provide technical program management of the server integration and qualification processes
- Partner with NextSilicon business development to enable partner-based demand generation
